We recently picked this Lego set at a garage sale:
Not all of the 345 pieces were there, but for $5 it was worth it. You might be wondering what that big brick in the center of his body is? It is the “Record and Play” motor:
There are two ports in the back where you can push axles into. The motor will record the movement from each port and play it back! But the best part about this deal were these pieces:
You have probably never seen pieces like them. These pieces are gear boxes. There were two kinds the corner and the T box. Obviously these are the corners, and this set was the only set they were included in! They have two ports one on each side, and when you turn one of the ports the other port turns. These have special gears inside that are designed to handle very high amounts of torque.
Wow, that is Awesome!
